Tournament Program

Time	Description
7 am	Bag drop - pull up to the clubhouse in your car and the golf course staff will load your bag onto your designated cart Check-in begins in the pavilion Pickup entry packets Purchase or pickup tool kit for each player Opportunity to purchase door prize tickets for $5 each Look over auction items and begin bidding on those designated for the silent auction Hop on the shuttle and head to the Practice Range to utilize small bucket of practice balls on the range
7:45 am	Players report to their golf carts and review tournament rules
8 am	Shotgun start
8 am-1 pm	18 holes of golf
1 pm	Lunch at the Pavilion by The Table Review the silent auction items for bidding status and rebid opportunities
1:30 pm	$10,000 Putting Contest, auction and presentation of awards
2:30 pm	The conclusion of event
