The 2021 Tournament will be held Saturday, July 31st with a shotgun start @ 8 am.

Time Description
7 am
  • Bag drop – pull up to the clubhouse in your car and the golf course staff will load your bag onto your designated cart
  • Check-in begins in the pavilion
  • Pickup entry packets
  • Opportunity to purchase mulligan/door prize tickets for $5 each
  • Look over silent auction items and begin bidding
  • Hop on the shuttle and head to the Practice Range to utilize small bucket of practice balls on the range
7:45 am
  • Players report to their golf carts and review tournament rules
8 am
  • Shotgun start
8 am-1 pm
  • 18 holes of golf
1 pm
  • Lunch at Banyans’ on the Ridge Pavilion*
1:15pm
  • Door Prizes, Silent Auction, $10,000 Putting Contest, and presentation of awards
2:30 pm
  • The conclusion of the event
* Lunch includes Barbecue Brisket, Barbecue Chicken, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Chips, and a Non-alcoholic beverage.
